I ran across some new photos of Noah Phelps, the handsome man from Seattle, who has appeared in several nude parades in the city over the years. His tiger motif is from two different events, the most recent one being one with the the pure white chest. It's from the 2014 Fremont Summer Solstice in 2014. His bare chest is from another event (I'm not sure which one). Enjoy.
