Noah Phelps, who has graced the World Naked Bike Ride and the Summer Solstice in Seattle for many years, is noted for his painted costumes, be they an all-blue tick, a space ghost, a tiger or, as here, Captain America. As usual with Seattle events, the painted men usually wash off their colors by taking advantage of the city's International Fountain. Here are a few of Noah's after-event cleanups. Enjoy.
