If I'm not mistaken, this gentleman has a rather long scar beneath that furry chest. Notice the reddish mark at the sternum (or breastbone), the midpoint between the nipples. I don't know for sure what kind of surgery he had, but I suspect it was cardiac. The scar resembles mine.
I'm happy to see that he is so healthy and fit. It's also welcome the fact that he is so unconcerned about this minor blemish that he is seen at nude beaches and at the Pride festival in Toronto (nude there, of course). He also has done some nude posing.
